We are a full-service estate planning law office working to provide Peace of Mind to our clients and their families. We are committed to personal service to each client, using only those legal tools and techniques that suit the individual client's needs, goals and personal situation. My firm is based in Oklahoma City and has clients throughout the state. We focus on offering our clients affordable and comprehensive estate plans including living trusts, wills power of attorney and healthcare directives. We also prepare more complex estate planning documents such as Special Need Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Long term Care Planning Trusts, Grantor Annuity Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts and Asset Protection Trusts. We prepare business formation and planning documents to assist our clients with their business needs. We advise clients on tax planning in order to receive the best tax and creditor protection allowed. We assist families with qualifying for government long term care benefits such as Medicaid and the Veterans Administration Aid and Attendance Pension Benefit. All documents are prepared and reviewed by me, personally. |

| My education, training and business experience
I am a member of the State of Oklahoma, Oklahoma County and American Bar Associations. I am licensed to practice in all district and federal courts in Oklahoma and am a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Estate Planning and Tax divisions. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with honors and the Oklahoma City University College of Law. National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, Advisors Forum, and the Oklahoma Bar Association's Probate and Estate Planning sections.? |

| When I m not working, I enjoy . I prefer to spend time with my family. ?If I am not with my wife or kids, I am usually out running, fishing, cycling, or playing tennis. |

| Some of the Clubs, Associations and Volunteer activities that I participate in are
I am a Board member of the Oklahoma County Courthouse Access Clinic, where I provide pro bono services to probate and guardianship clients in need. I've served as a Board member to F.A.I.T.H. Kids. I am the Treasurer for the Estate Planning and Probate section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Lastly, I serve as a committee member of the Judicial Outreach Committee. |
