I am Atien Kouassi, the owner and CEO of Rapha Homecare! I'm honored to lead this amazing organization in providing compassionate and high-quality non-medical in-home care services to our clients. As a US Navy veteran, I bring discipline and dedication to my work, along with an extensive background in healthcare management. I am also a Registered Respiratory Therapist and hold an MBA in Healthcare Management, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape. As a Certified Senior Care Manager, I am committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of support and ensuring that Rapha Homecare maintains the highest standards of care and professionalism. I am an active member of the AHI Group, a prestigious network of 500 home care agency owners nationwide, which helps me stay connected with industry trends and best practices. My dedication to fostering strong relationships with clients and their families reflects my passion for making a positive impact in the community. |
