However, I knew that I had a passion for helping individuals and families become homeowners, and I was determined to pursue a career in real estate. So, I decided to leave my nursing career and become a Realtor. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table as a Mcgraw Realtor, especially since I am part of a team of expert realtors. When clients choose me as their Realtor, they also benefit from the expertise of my team. With my Blue Ribbon Realtor certification, my certification to work with veterans, and my specialization in new homes, I am well-equipped to help clients navigate the complex world of real estate. Furthermore, I have access to a vast knowledge base thanks to my team leader, who has been in the business for 45 years. This allows me to provide informed advice and guidance to my clients, ensuring that they make the best possible decisions when it comes to buying or selling a home. As a Realtor, I am not just passionate about helping clients buy or sell homes; I am also passionate about making a difference in my community. I am a volunteer on the homeless initiative in Oklahoma City, working to provide homes for those who are less fortunate. This allows me to give back to the community while also pursuing my passion for real estate. Being a member of OKMAR in Oklahoma City and GTAR in Tulsa allows me to stay up to date with the latest trends and practices in the industry. It also allows me to network with other Realtors, giving me access to a wealth of knowledge and expertise. As the leader of the Gold Star Referral Club in Yukon, I am dedicated to building relationships and helping others succeed in their business. This allows me to expand my network and provide even better service to my clients. In today's market, there are no set hours for a Realtor. Im A Realtor in Oklahoma I work for Mcgraw Realtors and Im on The Frank Greer Realty team which consist of 9 expert Realtor I have received my certification '4:2 formula Academy with Jeff Shore. Which 'qualify 'me to become a New Homes Specialist I have my blue Ribbon Realtor Certification which qualify me to help clients get help through the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency. Im a Member of OKMAR and GTAR which means I has access to OKC 'MLS and Tulsa 'GTAR I Also have my certification to help Veterans fin homes |
