A little Bit About Us. It All Started in North Texas… At the dawn of time, Southwest Funding started operations in 1993 under the name “Dallas Residential Mortgage”. We enjoyed great success early on and before long we were serving the entire state of Texas. This growth caused us to change our name to Texas Residential Mortgage. As we continued to grow and thrive in the industry, Texas Residential Mortgage was changed to Southwest Funding to better accommodate our growing business in other states. Today we’re still thriving, thanks in part to happy customers who have spread the word about what our company is doing to help borrowers get a home loan that fits their situation in an enjoyable and timely way. “Home Loans Done Right” is what you can expect your home loan experience to look like. Jael Zelada has been in the mortgage industry for over 17 years, all the while developing an unmatched respect and admiration from all whom she works with as well as the families she assists in the mortgage process. As a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, Jael has an extensive knowledge and expertise of all loan programs and is also proficient at guiding her clients seamlessly through the mortgage process, from start to finish. Jael has become a trusted and dependable Loan Originator, even assisting in the training and education of new and incoming Loan Officers and support staff. Her dedication to her company is also very evident through her commitment to her customers in making sure that they are given the most comprehensive advice possible and providing top-quality customer service. Jael was born in Cuba and moved to Texas at a young age and currently lives in Rockwall with her husband, William, and 2 beautiful kids. Her devotion to her family is part of what drives her passion for the job she loves. |
